GRANT HOLDERS MEETING

EUROPEAN COOPERATION PROJECTS

The Grant Holders Meeting (GHM) is the annual gathering of European Cooperation projects selected the previous year. Organized by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), it brings together projects' representatives to connect, share experiences, and exchange practices. It is conceived as a hands-on and participatory event: over these two days, participants have the opportunity to discuss common topics and challenges, broaden their network, and last but not least – experience and become part of the large Creative Europe-Culture community and meet the people behind the Programme.

The 2026 edition of the meeting will bring together representatives of the European Cooperation Projects selected under the 2025 Call for Proposals for a two-day gathering in Brussels.

Come and meet the other people behind the Cooperation call on the 10th and 11th June, at Arsenal (Brussels)!

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN SOON !

Mapping

Every year since 2021, the Culture Unit of EACEA creates a thematic mapping of the projects funded under the Cooperation call. This tool is designed to spark connections and help you discover who will be in the room with you on the day of the Grant Holders Meeting.

The 2025 edition of the Cooperation mapping is under construction and will be available here — stay tuned!
